On March 19, in order to help enterprises in Beijing understand the relevant policies, improve their ability to accurately grasp policies, increase policy transparency, enhance the awareness and application of policy measures, and further optimize the business environment in the capital, our bureau and the Municipal Bureau of Human and Social Security jointly organized a "Policy Interpretation Conference on Enterprise Establishment of Post-doctoral Workstation and Professional Title Declaration". Fifty well-known enterprises from ABB, Qualcomm, Nestle, Ericsson, Sony, Novozymes, General Electric and Beijing Byte Dance Technology Co., Ltd. participated the conference.  

In order to ensure that the meeting is practical and efficient, our bureau solicited opinions and suggestions from enterprises extensively before the meeting, and communicated with the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security in advance. At the meeting, the relevant business leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security made in-depth interpretation on the relevant policies and procedures of establishing postdoctoral workstations and declaring professional and technical personnel titles in enterprises in light of the concerns of enterprises, and answered the questions raised by the enterprises on the spot.  

The participating enterprises gave high appraisal to the policy interpretation. They affirmed that our bureau and the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security actively organized enterprises to make policy announcements, provided timely, effective and targeted policy interpretation services, and also express affirmation for actively delivering "service packages" to enterprises. They hoped that they could continue to participate in such pragmatic and efficient activities in the future.  

This Policy Interpretation Conference is a concrete measure for our bureau to actively interpret policies to enterprises, do a good job in solving difficult problems and implement the "work mechanism of enterprise service housekeeper". It is also one of the series of activities for our bureau to further optimize the business climate and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
