From March 15 to 16, 2019, Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises held a training course on trade union funds examination in foreign enterprises. More than 130 trade union chairmen and committee members from Bosch Rexroth, HSBC, Siemens, Oracle and other enterprise attended the meeting.  

Professor Zhang Xiaomei of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions Workers and Staff University and Teacher Ba Zherui of Beijing Zhongtianheng Accounting Firm gave special lectures on Trade Union Funds Expenditure and Auditing Practice, Trade Union Auditing Theory and Case Analysis respectively. The two teachers made in-depth and explanations focusing on the relevant provisions and requirements of enterprise trade union finance, the scope of principles for the use of trade union funds, the special requirements of audit departments for trade union escrow funds and special funds, and the universal problems in trade union financial audit. The two teachers also gave one-to-one guidance to the trainers on the personalized problems encountered in the financial work of trade unions. Participants in the training said that through the teacher's explanation and guidance, the requirements and practical operation skills of trade union financial work regulations were further clarified. In the next step, we shall ensure that the trade union funds are strictly managed and used in accordance with regulations and laws, and ensure that the financial control of foreign enterprises' trade unions is standardized and rigorous.
