On January 5, 2019, Beijing Changsha Chamber of Commerce held the investment and financing forum on Joint Conference of Changsha Chambers of Commerce and Changsha Key Projects Investment Promotion in Beijing. Zhou Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, was invited to attend the conference.  

Director Zhou introduced the general situation, advantages and characteristics of Beijing's development, as well as the development trend and main topics in the future. He highlighted the new measures, especially the new working system of "Project Promotion Commissioner and Business Service Manager", which were taken by our bureau to serve Beijing-based enterprises and business associations. The new measures and system will provide more high-quality services for Beijing-based enterprises and business associations and promote the optimization and upgrading of the business environment in the capital.  

Relevant staffs from the large-scale activities department attended the conference and exchanged with entrepreneurs on-site.
