On December 13, 2018, the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises held the "2018 Trade Union Work Experience Exchange Conference and Warm Fund Rules Training". More than 80 trade union leaders from Siemens, Oracle, ABB, Schneider, Nestle, Bosch Rexroth, HSBC and other foreign-funded enterprises attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Jianjun, executive vice-chairman.  

Trade union representatives of foreign-funded enterprises attended the meeting, made a summary of the work of trade unions in enterprises and exchanged experiences on organizing trade union activities in different places, safeguarding workers' rights and interests, coordinating the development of enterprises and employees' interests, and planning work next year. Zhang Jianjun, executive vice-chairman, summarized the meeting and objectively analyzed the financial audits of trade unions in 30 foreign-funded enterprises this year. He put forward clear requirements for standardizing the financial work of trade unions in enterprises.  

Experts were also invited to train the "Rules for the Warmth Fund Project for Workers of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises".
