In order to comprehensively study and implement Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and gain a deeper understanding of the party building and trade union work of foreign-funded (non-public) enterprises affiliated to the Party Committee, on the morning of December 6, 2018, comrade Zhou Xu, the party secretary and director of the bureau led a team and conducted a research on the general party branch of Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulics Co., Ltd.  

Secretary and director Zhou Xu and the team visited the production workshop of Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd., and listened to the report of the party general branch of the company’s work on party building and trade unions. Secretary and director Zhou Xu fully affirmed the good practices and good experiences in the party building work of the company from five aspects, "high political standing, deep ideological understanding, great work, good example, and strict management of the party." Also he put forward three requirements on strengthening the party building work of the company. The first is to focus on comprehensively strengthening the party's leadership and further strengthening the political function of the party organization. The second is to focus on the function of the party organization and vigorously innovate the methods of work. The third is to focus on the development of enterprises and further strengthening the role of the party organization. Secretary and director Zhou Xu stressed that the party committee of the bureau should always work hard to grasp firmly on the party-building work for foreign-funded (non-public) enterprises, and keep the party-building positions in place. Relevant departments should further establish and improve the system of contact within the companies, and maintain normalized connections with the enterprises and to help the enterprises further understand the Chinese market as well as the situation in Beijing, strengthen the confidence of the enterprises for development and promote the healthy development of the enterprises.
