On November 12th, deputy director Xu Zongjun met with Ms. Tina Diehl, founder and president of the American International Industry Exchange Association (IIEA), and the delegation led by Navin Goyal, M.D. Physician and founder of the US investment institution LOUD Capital, and listened to the association’s introduction and exchanged views on high-end manufacturing, new energy vehicles, health care and other industrial projects and investment and financing models which the association is concerned about. Deputy director Xu Zongjun introduced Beijing's new overall plan of the city, the optimization of the business environment and the priorities of the industrial development. The relevant staffs in charge of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, the emerging industrial service center of Daxing District, and the Industrial Promotion Center of Daxing Bio-pharmaceutical Industry Base successively carried out regional promotions. At the meeting, the delegation introduced projects such as the HyperionMotors hydrogen-powered cars. Both sides expressed the need to strengthen ties, deepen industrial cooperation, and jointly promote two-way investment and economic and trade exchanges. Relevant comrades from the regional promotion office accompanied the meeting.
