On September 14, 2018, deputy director Xu Zongjun met with You Deliang, the representative of the Polish Investment and Trade Bureau in China, and Doma ski Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP), the largest law firm in Poland. The relevant staffs of the Regional Promotion Office accompanied the meeting.  

You Deliang, representative of the Polish Investment and Trade Bureau in China, introduced the main functions of the Polish Investment and Trade Bureau and the recent work launched in China. Marcin Krakowiak, the senior partner of Doma ski Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP), Poland's largest law firm, introduced the firm’s main customers and services involved in the industries. The Polish Investment and Trade Bureau will introduce a number of specific projects for infrastructure cooperation such as ports at the Beijing Investment Fair on September 15, hoping that the Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau will introduce more resources to complete the project docking. Deputy director Xu Zongjun introduced the new planning and strategic positioning of the capital city and its industrial advantages, and highlighted Beijing's efforts in optimizing the business environment, especially in further deepening foreign cooperation and promoting the expansion of the service industry. He pointed out that Poland, as a key country along the “One Road and One Belt”, plays a pivotal role in the construction of “one road and one belt” and “16+1 cooperation” between China and Central and Eastern European countries. China-Poland’s pragmatic cooperation will accelerate the development and Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau is willing to provide quality services for China-Poland cooperation.  

Both sides agreed to establish a normalized cooperation mechanism, focusing on specific projects and pragmatically deepening bilateral investment cooperation.
