On the morning of August 1, Director Zhou Xu met with Liang Zeqiang, president of HSBC Bank (China) Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch, and listened to the introduction of HSBC's development history, business status and the development layout of the next step. As the largest foreign bank in Beijing, director Zhou Xu expressed his appreciation to HSBC for its contribution to the development of Beijing's financial industry for many years, and introduced the relevant opening up policies and advantages of Beijing's expansion on financial industry as well as the functions and positioning of the bureau. Director Zhou Xu said that the bureau will work together with the Municipal Finance Bureau to provide better services for HSBC's investment and development in Beijing. Relevant staffs from the banking service department and the financial market department and of the Municipal Finance Bureau, along with the business liaison office of the Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau accompanied the meeting.
