On July 23, 2018, Zhang Hua, deputy director of Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau, chairman of the Beijing Federation of Foreign-funded Enterprises, and Party secretary of the government, visited the Party branch of Jones Lang LaSalle Inc（JLL） to investigate the affairs of the Party building trade union.  

Comrade Zhang Hua inspected the work of the Party building and trade unions of JLL's Party branch, and listened to the working report made by the Party branch secretary and the trade union's chairman of JLL's Party branch. He also had a discussion with the heads of senior executives of the JLL's Party branch and Party leaders on the company's development, Party building, and trade union work. Comrade Zhang Hua fully affirmed the Party building and trade union work of JLL's Party branch, believing that the Party building work is solid in foundation and rich in activities. The characteristics of Party building and trade union work integration constructions are distinct, and the integration has achieved remarkable results, making outstanding contributions to the development of enterprises. He then encouraged JLL's Party branch to maintain and pass on these good practices and traditions, pointing out that in the next step, the Party construction work of JJL should meet the requirements of the following three aspects. First, we must integrate Party building and trade union work into the overall situation of Beijing's "Four Centers" construction, and contribute to building a new Beijing. Second, we must continuously enhance political and overall awareness, and adhere to Party building and trade union positions. Third, we must continue to play the role of Party organizations and trade unions, innovate ways and means of work to help enterprises achieve a better development. The Party Committee Office and the responsible comrades of the trade union accompanied the investigation.
