In order to reinforce the law-related education of leaders and to further improve their ability of thinking and administration, on the afternoon of July 4, consultant Chen Na, director of Beijing Nacheng Law Firm, was invited to give guidance to leaders to study Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. Mr. Zhou Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Bureau, Deputy Directors, Mr. Zhang Hua, Mr. Xu Zongjun and Mr. An Jing, Deputy Inspector Zhang Tong and all other leaders at the level participated in the study of the rule of law.  

Director Chen Na explained the key contents of contract validity, revocable contract, rescission and termination of contract from the two aspects of general principles and sub-rules of contract law. She gave a wonderful lecture by explaining profound theories in simple language and highlighting the key and essential knowledges through combining practical cases. Besides, she exchanged experiences with the participants, which made everyone have a thorough understanding of contract law. The learning also enhanced everyone’s legal knowledge, theoretical quality and thinking ability.  

Director Zhou Xu pointed out in his summary that learning the law before the meeting is an important method and content for improving the legal consciousness of leaders and fulfilling the requirements of administration according to law. He said, contract law is closely related to the investment promotion work undertaken by our bureau, and we should attach great importance to it. He also asked all officers to further deepen their understanding of the relevant legal content, to ensure legalization and regularization of overall work, and make contributions to promoting the healthy development of Beijing capital investment.
