On July 11, the Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau held the "Joint meeting of investment promotion agencies of the city in 2018 " At the meeting, Director Zhou Xu gave a speech,leaders of the bureau and the leaders of the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Municipal Business Committee attended the meeting. Deputy Director Zhang Hua presided over the meeting. The heads of investment promotion agencies in all districts and development zones of the city and the cadres above the division level of the bureau attended the meeting.  

Director Zhou Xu deeply analyzed and accurately judged the current situation of investment promotion, and arranged the second-half-year's investment promotion work in combination with the city's investment promotion task. He emphasized that the city's investment promotion system should thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speech in Beijing. Under the leadership of the municipal government and the Party Committee, the system should pay high attention to reforming and optimizing the business environment and corporate services, and actively joining municipal departments and key functional areas. We should build a work pattern of city-level collaboration, urban linkage, collaborative investment, and precision services,and improve the capital investment promotion work under the general idea of "12345", accomplishing a good job in attracting industry investment and precision investment in the second half of the year.  

At the meeting, the leaders of investment promotion agencies in various districts and development zones exchanged ideas on investment promotion under the new situation, and introduced their practices and experiences respectively. They gave suggestions focusing on coordinated investment resources between the city and the districts, building work platforms, strengthening information exchanges and constructing cooperation mechanisms. Director Zhou Xu responded to these comments and suggestions on the spot and instructed relevant departments to follow up and provide good service. He emphasized that all district investment promotion agencies should enhance the awareness and focus on the overall role of the whole system. Each district should report the problems that need to be coordinated in key investment project resources, policies and measures to promote the development of related industries and issues that occurred during the project implementing process. The bureau should coordinate and ensure that the projects were successfully implemented in all districts according to the development of each district and key functional areas.
