On the afternoon of July 5, Zhou Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Bureau, and Zhang Hua, Deputy Director of the Bureau, led relevant officers to visit Dongzhimen Street. They paid a visit to the comprehensive regulation No. 35 Wangjiayuan and the office of internet service management. In addition, they held the talk with Mr. Xiao Gang, Secretary of Dongzhimen Street Labor Committee.  

Mr. Xiao Gang delivered a warm speech, warmly welcomed the arrival of Secretary Zhou Xu and his delegation first, then he focused on the introduction of the economic operation of Dongzhimen Street and the achievements of the regionalized Party.  

Director Zhou Xu expressed his gratitude to the Dongzhimen Street Labor Committee for its strong support to the Party Committee of the Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau over the years. The two sides have established deep working contacts in construction of foreign enterprises Party organization and grass-roots Party organizations, and both achieved good results. Director Zhou Xu pointed out that the Committee of the Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau is located in Dongzhimen Street, the implementation of "double reporting" is an inevitable requirement for further strengthening the work of the Party’s construction and insisting on the strict administration of the Party in an all-round way. It is also an incumbent responsibility and obligation of carrying out "whistling in the streets and reporting in Departments" proposed by the Municipal Committee. Director Zhou Xu emphasized that the main purpose of the visit is to do the job and to serve for the street. Next, the government and all staffs of the Bureau will do their best to do the related work for Dongzhimen Street, and offer support and assist for the development of economy and society in Dongzhimen Street. Party committees of Bureau should establish a long-term system of communication with street labor committees, set up a good working platform, strive to do well in service, and wholeheartedly support the development of Dongzhimen area, he added.
