On September 26, the Municipal Investment Promotion Center held the 2019 City's Investment Promotion System (part of the districts, development zones) Project Meeting. Su Hong, deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Project promotion leaders, liaison officers and staffs in charge of the relevant offices of the city investment promotion centers from 12 investment promotion agencies, including Mentougou, Fangshan, Tongzhou, Shunyi, Daxing, Changping, Pinggu, Huairou, Miyun, Yanqing and Beijing Tianzhu Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone attended the meeting.  

At the meeting, the participating investment promotion agencies reported the situation of the promoted projects, major projects and key investment projects from January to August, and reported on the work of hiring intermediaries to promote the construction of high-quality projects, and highlighted the service of housekeeper management of the district, put forward working suggestions on the establishment of urban linkage service enterprise mechanism.  

Deputy director Su Hong put forward requirements for the next step of investment promotion work. He said that after listening to the report of the participating organizations, we may find that the investment promotion agencies have the same goals and objectives, and should strive to do a good job in project promotion and enterprise service, and actively promote the industrial development of the district. In the face of the current difficult situation of promoting large-scale projects, the urban investment promotion agencies should be consistent in their minds, conscientiously implement and understand the overall work pattern of "1235" of the city's investment promotion center, and promote high-quality projects and high standards to serve the companies' "two-wheel drive" work policy. On the one hand, district-level investment promotion agencies must adhere to the promotion of major projects, focus on the characteristics of each district, and vigorously promote the implementation of the projects. On the other hand, the agencies must attach great importance to the work of housekeeper management, and strive to strengthen the two-level linkage between the city and the districts and give full play to communication and coordination, and optimizing the business environment for the development of enterprises in Beijing. Finally, deputy director Su Hong stressed that the Municipal Investment Promotion Center will continue to strengthen the work guidance and communication with the investment promotion agencies in various districts. The Center hopes that the city's investment promotion systems will gather together, cooperate closely, strengthen confidence in development, daring to face challenges and promoting the investment promotion work of the whole city to achieve better results this year.  

At the meeting, the Municipal Investment Promotion Center also referred information on key investment projects to the participating investment promotion agencies.
