On September 25, 2019, Xu Zongjun, deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center, led a team to Siemens Factory Automation Engineering Ltd.(SFAE) to visit and investigate. The team was accompanied by relevant staffs of the Beijing Foreign-invested Enterprises Trade Union Federation and the Association Office.  

Deputy director Xu Zongjun and the team listened to Wang Ping, general manager of SFAE, introducing the company's development history, organizational structure, core values ​​and company vision, as well as listened to the report of the trade union chairman Yang Haowen on the work of the trade unions, also had a brief idea of the difficulties and problems the company encountered in fields of talent introduction, business affairs handling, traffic environment and other aspects. Deputy director Xu Zongjun introduced the work tasks of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center to general manager Wang Ping on the work tasks and the implementation of the working mechanism of serving as a housekeeper in key municipal enterprises. He also assigned special personnel to the difficulties raised by the company and indicated that he would coordinate the relevant departments to help. Afterwards, everyone visited the home of trade union, the Siemens CNC Digital Experience and Application Center and Service Execution Center. Deputy director Xu Zongjun expressed his solicitude to the model worker representative of the company on behalf of the Beijing Foreign-invested Enterprises Trade Union Federation.
