On the morning of September 19, 2019, Xu Zongjun, deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center, led a team to visit Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd. and accompanied by relevant personnel from the Trade Union Federation and Associations Office of Beijing Foreign-funded Enterprises.  

Xu Zongjun and his team came to Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd. to listen to the company's development history, operating status and future planning, and to visit the company's latest products and design projects. Subsequently, Xu Zongjun held a discussion with relevant person in charge of company management and relevant leaders of trade unions of Schneider Electric China Co., Ltd. to understand in detail the difficulties encountered in the operation of the company and the development of the trade union work. He conveyed to the company the new policies for improving the business environment in Beijing and the new measures for the work of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center. He also guided the trade unions of the company to do a series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, and to do a more pragmatic and comprehensive works in safeguarding the legitimate interests of employees and normal production activities of enterprises.  

 After the discussion, Xu Zongjun, deputy director, on behalf of the Beijing Federation of Trade Unions of Foreign-funded Enterprises, paid tribute to model representatives of the company.
