In order to solve the problems found in theme education and solve the practical problems for enterprises in Beijing, Xu Zongjun, deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Service Center, invited Yang Gang, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Talents Work, to visit Nestle China Co., Ltd. and conduct on-site research in order to solve the problem of talent introduction for enterprises in Beijing. Ms. Bian Ge, executive vice president of Nestle Greater China Region, came to welcome the delegation in person. She introduced the development process of Nestle, the history and outstanding contribution of Nestle China in Beijing, and asked for the introduction of talents that Nestle faces in the next step of its development in Beijing.  

Deputy director Yang Gang introduced to Nestle China on the policy of talent introduction in Beijing and gave on-site guidance on the problems encountered in talent introduction in Nestle China. He hoped that Nestle China would formulate talent introduction plans so that the Municipal Bureau of Talents Work could provide more targeted services, and expressed that the Bureau would serve Beijing's high-quality economic development.  

Lastly, Deputy director Xu Zongjun pointed out that the Center undertakes the work of service stewardship in Beijing and will coordinate various commissions and bureaus to provide services for the development of enterprises in Beijing. This visit accompanying the Municipal Bureau of Talents Work to carry out on-site investigation of the enterprise not only tends to implement the service stewardship work, but also to carry out the theme education of "never forget the initial heart and keeping in mind the mission". He hoped that Nestle China will make more contributions to the development of Beijing.
