On September 8, 2019 Xiamen International Investment and Trade Fair opened at Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center. During the conference, the Municipal Commerce Bureau and the Municipal Investment Promotion Center co-sponsored a Special Promotion Meeting on Expanding the Opening-up of Service Industry in an All-round in Beijing. Representatives of more than 50 enterprises and business associations of domestic and abroad participated in the meeting, and 16 media outlets, including Xinhuanet, China News Service and Headlines Today, carried out on-site reports.  

At the promotion meeting, Zhang Tong, deputy inspector of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center, introduced the advantages and main features of Beijing's development, the working pattern and main functions of the Center. Liu Meiying, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau, highlighted the achievements of the pilot work of expanding the opening up of Beijing's service industry and made an in-depth interpretation of the new round of opening-up reform measures in Beijing's service industry. The demonstration zones of Chaoyang, Tongzhou and Shunyi introduced the pilot results and new development policies of the region, respectively. Daxing District highlighted the development planning and investment opportunities of Beijing Daxing International Airport Economic Zone.  

During the meeting, 60 bidirectional investment projects were released, and 33 domestic and foreign investors and enterprises made exchanges with each other, 10 one-to-one projects were negotiated, 8 invest project clues were collected and 5 intentional investment project were reached.
