On September 6, 2019, in order to implement the overall working ideas of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center on the General Idea of "12345", and further serve the districts actively, focusing on the project research work of our Center on the Research on the Cooperation Mode and Working Mode with "Three Cities and One District" in the Field of Investment Promotion. The research and development office and Beijing International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. paid an investigattion visit to Huairou Science City Management Committee.  

Huairou Science City Management Committee, Huairou District Economic and Information Technology Bureau, Huairou District Investment Promotion Service Center and the responsible persons of the operation and construction institutions of the Park intrudouced the development plan of the Science City, the spatial layout of "1+5+X" industry, the development status of key industries and the construction and promotion of innovative towns respectively. At the same time, they hoped that the Municipal Investment Promotion Center will be able to give full play of its own advantages and help the development of the Science City in the following three aspects: First is to help assist in sorting out the list of related enterprises and carrying out targeted investment invitation work in combination with the industrial chain layout construction of large scientific installations and cross-research platforms after the official approval of the Science City Plan; Second is to focus on the construction of innovative small towns, give full play to the advantages of the platform and providing support in attracting investment; Third is to timely carry out resource docking exchanges in terms of personnel training, information sharing, exchange and learning.  

The research and development office will carry out follow-up work together with the project undertaker, and shall conduct research in the Zhongguancun Science City and the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone in conjunction with the research needs and practical work in the next step.
