On August 29, the Municipal Investment Promotion Center organized the 2019 city-wide project and business meeting of investment promotion system (Six District). Deputy director of the Municipal Investment Promotion Center, Suhong, presided over the meeting and made a speech. Leaders, liaison officers and heads of relevant departments and offices from Dongcheng, Xicheng, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai and Shijingshan Investment Promotion Agencies participated in the meeting.  

At the meeting, each district's investment promotion agencies reported the first half of the year's successful promotion, the negotiation of major projects and key investment projects, the employment of intermediaries to promote the landing of high-quality projects and project progress, as well as the next stage work recommendations, and highlighted the implementation of service package and service stewardship mechanism in the districts on creating a good environment for the companies. The Municipal Investment Promotion Center's office of large events and activities informed the investment promotion agencies of the 23rd Beijing-Hong Kong Symposium on Economic Cooperation about the requirements of project solicitation and contract signing. At the same time, the project promotion office referred the information of key investment projects to the six participating districts.  

Deputy director Su Hong put forward requirements for the work of further promoting investment. He emphasized that since the beginning of this year, both city level and district level investment promotion agencies in urban areas have been adjusted one after another. On the basis of doing a good job in linking up their work, the investment promotion agencies in each district should continue to implement the overall requirements of the municipal government and the municipal Party Committee for promoting the high-quality development of the capital's economy, and conscientiously implement the two-wheel drive working principle for promoting high-quality projects and high-standard service for the enterprises. In terms of improving standard services, investment promotion agencies in all districts should attach great importance to the work of enterprise service housekeepers and "12345" public service hotline service enterprises. In accordance with the requirements of the city's working mechanism, the agencies should focus on strengthening the two-level linkage in the urban area, give full play to the role of communication and coordination, and optimize the business environment for the development of enterprises in Beijing. In terms of promoting high-quality projects, investment promotion agencies in all districts should continue to implement the mechanism of precise investment promotion for industrial investment, highlight the promotion of foreign investment projects in major projects under discussion, pay attention to project information mining and cultivation, make full use of investment promotion agencies, and actively guide and supervise investment promotion agencies to provide more high-quality project information in line with the industrial orientation of the region. It is hoped that both city level and district level investment promotion agencies will take the opportunity of project and business meeting to firmly establish the idea of "a chess game", in which everyone take their respective responsibilities and work together to tackle the key problems, so as to promote the city's project promotion work to achieve good results again this year.
