On August 29, deputy director Zhang Hua met with Mr.Ke Zheng (John Crichton), deputy director(First Secretary) of the Finance and Professional Services of the International Trade Office (Commerce Office) of the British Embassy in China. The Business liaison office accompanied the meeting.  

Deputy director Zhang Hua introduced the situation of Beijing Investment Promotion Center in promoting British enterprises to invest in Beijing and serve British enterprises in recent years, focusing on the policy of expanding the opening of Beijing's service industry and key functional areas such as "Three Cities and One District", "Beijing City Sub-Center" and "New Airport". More British enterprises are welcomed to pay attention to and invest in Beijing, and Beijing Investment Promotion Center will continue to strengthen its links with UK investment promotion agencies and enterprises to provide better services for the development of UK enterprises in Beijing.  

Mr. Kezheng expressed that cooperation and exchanges between China and Britain, London and Beijing are very close. Britain pays great importance to the Chinese market and looks forward to further cooperation with Beijing in the fields of fintech and professional services.
