On the occasion of the in-depth theme education of "Not Forgetting the Initial Heart, Keeping in Mind the Mission", on the morning of June 25th, Zhou Xu,the Party Secretary and director of the Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center, went to the Party branch of Beijing Howden Hua Engineering Co., Ltd. to conduct research and visits. Comrade Zhang Hua, member of the Party group and deputy director, accompanied the investigation.  

Comrade Zhou Xu and his team inspected the operation status of the company and listened to the introduction made by the company's vice president Li Fengjiao on the more than 20 years of development since the company's first entry into China. He listened to the report made by the Party branch of the company on the work of Party building. The working exchanges focused on aspects such as strengthening leadership of the Party organization in foreign companies, give full play to the role of the Party organization of foreign enterprises, and promote the healthy development of foreign companies.  

After having a deep understanding of the organizational construction, work development and role of the Party branch of Beijing Howden Hua Engineering Co., Ltd., Comrade Zhou Xu pointed out that the Party branch of Beijing Howden Hua Engineering Co., Ltd. is an advanced Party organization of the foreign investment enterprises affiliated to the Municipal Investment Promotion Center. The construction of the branch organization and the development of the enterprise make mutual improvement. The advanced nature of the Party members is obvious to be seen, with not only being as the outstanding Party members of the organization, but also the backbone of the company's business. The Party members have promoted the company's business development with practical actions and have been affirmed by both Chinese and foreign executives of the company. The practice of the Howden Hua Party Branch deserves to be an example studied by other foreign Party organizations. Comrade Zhou Xu emphasized that it is necessary to attach great importance to the construction of foreign Party organizations, to conduct classified guidance according to the actual situation of foreign Party organizations, and to actively serve and solve the difficulties and problems faced by foreign Party organizations. At the same time, the foreign Party organizations should focus on strengthening the party's leadership in an all-round way, further strengthen the political function of the Party organization; focus on the function of the Party organization, vigorously innovate the methods of work; focus on the development of enterprises, and further enhance the promotion function of the Party organization.
