Note: 1. For the non-residential users subject to residential water price, the water price is uniformly specified as 6 yuan/m3. The standard of the tap water supply is 3.07 yuan/m3 and the standard of water supply from the self-provided well is 2.03 yuan/m3; and the water resource fee and the sewage treatment fee follow corresponding standards of the step water prices.
2. Water for non-residential users subject to residential water price includes water for school teaching and student living; water for social welfare institutions providing care, custody and rehabilitation services for the elder, the disabled, orphans and disabled children; water for public welfare service facilities of urban and rural community residents' committees; water for convenience bathing pools supported by the government; water for non-operating parks, greening, watering, public restrooms and garbage towers within garden and environmental sanitation areas. The schools should be those determined by the municipal education department based on relevant regulations; social welfare institutions and public welfare service facilities of urban and rural community residents' committees should be those determined by the municipal civil affairs department based relevant regulations; and convenience bathing pools should be those determined by the municipal commercial department and the municipal water authority based on relevant regulations.

II. Non-residential water price in Beijing
Note: From January 1, 2015, the non-residential water price is adjusted from 7.15 yuan/m3 to 8.15 yuan/m3, in which the sewage treatment fee is adjusted from 2 yuan/m3 to 3 yuan/m3, and the standards of water price and water resource fee remain the same.

III. Reclaimed water price in Beijing
The reclaimed water price is managed at the highest government-guided price and is not more than 3.5 yuan/m3.
