In order to improve the city's complaint mechanism of foreign-invested enterprises, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of foreign-invested enterprises, and optimize the business environment, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China and Measures of Beijing Municipality on the Complaints of Foreign Invested Enterprises, as of January 1, 2020, Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center shall be responsible for the daily work of Beijing Foreign Complaint Acceptance Agency. The center shall be responsible for accepting complaints involving municipal authorities, trans-district complaints, major complaints in the city and complaints transmitted by the National Complaint Center for Foreign-funded Enterprises.
