Since mid-April, the “Clearing away the 100 blocking points that stops people handling affairs” action has been officially launched, and called on for the public to collect 100 blocking points into batches and from different aspects. In the first four seasons, 80 issues involving education, identity certification, commercial services, social security and medical care, living and traveling have been collected. Up to now, 33 issues have been solved across more than half of the country, and the problem-solving status has been displayed on-line synchronously.

From August 27, the National Development and Reform Commission, the government information and Public Affairs Office of the general office of the State Council, Xinhua News Agency, the Chinese Government Network, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural-Development jointly launched the fifth quarter of the collection of blocking problems, focusing on the problems of handling affairs in employment and entrepreneurship.
