If the shareholders of an enterprise change their nationality from Chinese to foreign, or if the enterprise increases capital by adding foreign investors, will the enterprise be classified as a foreign-invested enterprise?

If the nationality of the shareholders of an enterprise changes, the enterprise is not required to change its enterprise type. If a domestic limited liability company adds overseas investors as shareholders, the enterprise type shall concurrently be changed from a domestic limited liability company to a foreign-invested enterprise.
