The documents required for establishing a foreign-invested enterprise include: A company is required to submit the Company Registration (Filing) Application Form (Gong Si Deng Ji/Bei An Shen Qing Shu), the company's articles of association, shareholder qualification documents or natural person identification, appointment documents for the legal representative, directors, supervisors, and senior management, documents related to the use of the premises, and copies of approval documents or licenses (if it is required by laws, administrative regulations, or decisions of the State Council to report for approval before registration, or if the business scope applied for registration includes items that require prior approval according to laws, administrative regulations, or State Council decisions, the copies of relevant approval documents or licenses shall be submitted)； A partnership is required to submit the Partnership Registration (Filing) Application Form (He Huo Qi Ye Deng Ji/Bei An Shen Qing Shu)”, qualification documents for all partners or natural person identification, documents related to the use of the main business premise, copies of approval documents or licenses (if it is required by laws, administrative regulations, or decisions of the State Council to report for approval before registration, or if the business scope applied for registration includes items that require prior approval according to laws, administrative regulations, or State Council decisions, the copies of relevant approval documents or licenses shall be submitted), and professional qualification certificates (if the establishment of a special general partnership requires submission of professional qualification certificates of the partners according to laws or administrative regulations, the corresponding certificates shall be submitted).
