What registration items are required for a foreign-invested enterprise?

According to Article 8 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Registration Administration of Market Entities, the general registration items for foreign-invested enterprises include: 1. Name; 2. Entity type; 3. Business scope; 4. Registered address or main business location; 5. Registered capital or investment amount; 6. Name of the legal representative, managing partner, or responsible person. In addition to the above, depending on the type of foreign-invested enterprise, the following items shall also be registered: 1. Shareholders of a limited liability company or founders of a joint-stock company; 2. Names or identities, addresses, and methods for assuming liability of partners in a partnership; 3. Other items specified by laws and administrative regulations.
