The enterprise name is self-reported by the applicant. The applicant can either directly submit the proposed enterprise name to the business registration authority when applying for registration, or log in to the Beijing Enterprise Registration E-window Service Platform to search for and reserve the enterprise name. The business registration authority will reserve the name submitted through the enterprise name declaration system, with a reservation period of 2 months. If the establishment of the enterprise requires to report for approval by law, or if there are items in the business scope that require approval before registration, the reservation period is extended to 1 year.
