For investments by foreign investors or foreign-invested enterprises in sectors within the Negative List that have restrictions on the proportion of capital contribution, the nationality of the legal representative (or principal responsible person), and other conditions, registration will be allowed by law if the investment meets the conditions set by the Special Administrative Measures. There are no restrictive requirements for investment in areas not covered in the scope of the aforementioned sectors.
