The enterprise can either log in to the Beijing Enterprise Registration E-window Service Platform (website: https://ect.scjgj.beijing.gov.cn), access the “Corporate Services” to handle the change of registered address online, or visit the registration authority in person to process it. 

Required documents for changing the registered address include: 1. Company Registration (Filing) Application Form; 2. Copies of approval documents or permits (if the change requires to report for approval by laws, administrative regulations, or decisions of the State Council); 3. The original and copy of the business license; 4. A copy of the property ownership certificate signed or stamped by the property owner; if the owner is a natural person, he/she shall sign personally, and if the owner is a legal entity, the company seal shall be affixed.
