The information of the legal representative shall be filled in Chinese. Where the submitted documents or notarized documents are in a foreign language, they shall be accurately translated into Chinese. Both the original foreign language documents and their Chinese translations shall be submitted, with the phrase “翻译准确” (meaning “accurate translation” in English) clearly stated. The translation agency shall affix its official stamp (or special seal for translation) on the translated documents, or provide a copy of its business license or other qualification certification documents, along with the translator's name and contact information indicated. Where the translation is done by a natural person, he/she shall sign the translated documents, indicate his/her contact information, and attach a copy of his/her translation qualifications or ID.
