Beijing's AI industrial layout centers on Haidian District with multi-district coordination. Haidian District, as the core AI zone, leverages academic and research resources for research and development (R&D) and innovation in high-end areas; Chaoyang District and the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area focus on corporate headquarters and industrial chain synergy. The Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area has set up Beijing's first public AI computing platform (initial 5,000P capacity) and established and launched China's inaugural AI data training base. It hosts Beijing's largest public computing platform. Mentougou and Shijingshan districts advance applications in intelligent manufacturing and logistics through policy support. Specifically, Mentougou's Beijing Artificial Intelligence Computing Center in Zhongguancun (Western Beijing) Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology Park delivers 500P capacity; the Shijingshan Intelligent Computing Center in Beizhong Sci-Tech Cultural Park operates 200P initial capacity, targeting 610P future scale.

Computing Platforms

Established four E-level public AI centers (Haidian District, Chaoyang District, E-Town, Western Beijing) with 33,000P public intelligent computing capacity, aggregating 50,000P cross-regional resources.

Efficiency Platforms

Gitee, China's top R&D efficiency platform and largest open source code-hosting platform, operates in E-Town. E-Town has launched the open-source AI community "Gitee AI" hosting more than 15,000 open models and 10,000 open datasets. It has also innovatively built "Gitee Digital World," a next-gen AI ecosystem.
