This expansion project is the fourth project invested by France’s Air Liquide in Beijing E-Town, with an investment amount of RMB 240 million. It is an indispensable supporting project for BOE’s 6^th generation new semiconductor display production line, and it can supply nitrogen, oxygen, argon and hydrogen gas for the production line. It is estimated that the annual target output value of this project will reach RMB 3.2 billion.

Air Liquide is the largest global supplier of gases and related technical services in the industrial and health sectors, covering 73 countries and regions. In 2004, Air Liquide started to set up its project in Beijing E-Town, supplying bulk gases to key enterprises like BOE and SMIC.
