Recently, Beijing Municipality issued the Specific Measures on Relieving the Burden on and Supporting Enterprises to Boost Consumption and Accelerate the Recovery of the Economy (hereinafter referred to as the "Specific Measures"), including 27 measures in seven aspects. Based on the actual situation in Beijing, the Specific Measures aims to strictly and earnestly promote epidemic prevention and control and implement a batch of targeted, feasible, and practical measures to relieve the burden on and support enterprises to accelerate economic recovery and better meet residents' consumption needs.

Previously, Beijing Municipality issued the Implementation Plan for Coordinating Epidemic Prevention and Control and Stabilizing Economic Growth in Beijing Municipality, which contains 45 measures to actively respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and support industries under its negative impact. As of now, 63,000 micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises and individual businesses have benefited from the policy of refunding term-end excess input value-added tax credits. Nearly 31,000 enterprises have benefited from the policy of deferring payment of social insurance for 984,000 employees. Meanwhile, 55,500 micro and small enterprises and individual businesses renting state-owned properties in Beijing have enjoyed the reduction and exemption of housing rent, and 684 enterprises have obtained financing funds from the financing and relief services.
