By utilizing block chain to integrate digital identities, conduct value calibration and source tracing of data, etc., the Beijing Data Exchange is also able to issue certificates to data subjects, and store the complete operation process on chain during data right confirmation and registration, data access, data analysis, data computing and data transaction, to ensure that the source of data can be traced, the content is tamper-proof, the data right can be confirmed and the benefits can be distributed.

Officially found on March 31, 2021, the Beijing Data Exchange aims to establish infrastructures for data transactions and circulation, give full play to the fundamental role of market in data allocation, enhance the development momentum of digital economy, foster a new development pattern of Beijing and build Beijing into a model of global digital economy.
