By 2025, Shunyi District will have reached remarkable achievements in digital industrialization and industry digitization. The demonstration scenarios of the digital economy will be fully presented and the potential of data resource factors will be effectively stimulated. The average annual growth rate of key industries in the digital economy, such as electronic information manufacturing and software and information technology services, will reach 10 percent and the added value of the digital economy will account for about 50 percent of the total GDP in the District. The new pattern of economic and social development being comprehensively facilitated by digital technologies will be formed and the achievements of building "Digital Airport" and "Digital Shunyi" will be revealed.

Advancing to a higher stage in the development of "digital Shunyi"

Shunyi District will have 3,500 5G base stations and the number of industrial Internet identifier resolution of secondary industrial nodes connected with the national top node will be more than 50. The coverage of fiber-optic broadband and mobile broadband will be further expanded and the demonstration and leading new types of infrastructure, such as the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) and satellite Internet, will be set up.

Making leading digital industries the new driving force

Shunyi District will make good use of the demonstration role of leading industries such as the new generation of digital travel services, intelligent manufacturing, industrial Internet, geographic information, and satellite Internet. It will cultivate a total of 50 municipal-level leading enterprises of the digital economy and complete the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing in 100 projects. The rate of industrial enterprises above the state-designated size adopting cloud platforms will exceed 50 percent and the integration of digital technologies and the real economy will be further enhanced in the District.

Making breakthroughs in the development of digital society

The mechanism of data governance and application will be established and completed. Government data and public data will be effectively coordinated. More professional digital technologies and highly skilled digital talent will be gathered and the ecology of digital society will be further improved in the District.

Forming a new brand by developing the digital airport

The international aviation hub will become smarter and new forms and models of digital trade will emerge. Shunyi District strives to implement a batch of pilot policies for digital trade, build a global digital trade platform and foster the development of a digital trade demonstration zone in Beijing.
