According to household income and expenditure and living conditions survey data,the city's per capita consumer expenditure in the 1-3 quarters of 2018,29298 yuan,an increase of 6.7 percent,including urban residents per capita consumption expenditure of 31592 yuan,up 6.7 percent from the same period last year.
In the 1-3 quarter of 2018,according to the eight consumption components,the per capita expenditure on food,alcohol and tobacco was 5660 yuan,down 0.6 yuan from the same period last year;the per capita expenditure on clothing was 1581 yuan,down 1.6%from the same period last year;the per-capita expenditure on living expenses was 10576 yuan,up 19.0 yuan from the same period last year;The per capita expenditure on daily necessities and services was 1673 yuan,down 6.0 yuan from the same period last year;per capita expenditure on transportation and communications was 3332 yuan,down 9.3 yuan from the same period last year;per capita expenditure on education,culture and entertainment was 2987 yuan,up 2.3 yuan from the same period last year.The per capita expenditure on health care was 2645 yuan,an increase of 23.8yuan over the same period last year.Expenditure on services was 844 yuan,up 12.2 yuan from the same period last year.
The per capita expenditure on food,alcohol and tobacco for urban residents was 5986 yuan,down 0.9%from the same period last year;the per capita expenditure on clothing was 1703 yuan,which was 2.5%lower than the same period last year;the per-capita expenditure on living expenses was 11569 yuan,up 20.0 yuan from the same period last year;The per capita expenditure on daily necessities and services was 1777 yuan,down 6.9 yuan from the same period last year;per capita expenditure on transportation and communications was 3532 yuan,down 10.2yuan from the same period last year;per capita expenditure on education,culture and entertainment was 3278 yuan,up 1.5 yuan from the same period last year.Per capita health care expenditure was 2817 yuan,an increase of 24.3 yuan over the same period last year,while the per capita expenditure on other goods and services was 930 yuan,up 10.2 yuan from the same period last year.
Statistical scope,collection channels and main indicators of household income and expenditure and living conditions survey
I.scope of statistics
The subjects of household survey are households in the people's Republic of China,including both urban and rural households,households living in the form of families,and households living in collective form.The survey subjects were determined according to their permanent residence,including both households with household accounts in local areas and households living outside the territory for a certain period of time(usually for more than half a year).The scope of cities and towns is defined as the area of"town"in"the stipulation of dividing urban and rural areas statistically",and the"rural area"is defined as"rural area"in"the regulation of dividing urban and rural areas statistically".
II.Collection channels
Household survey adopts journal and questionnaire to collect basic data.Among them,residents'cash income and expenditure,real income and expenditure are collected mainly by accounting method.Household members and labor force employment,housing and durable goods ownership,household management and production and investment,the basic situation of the community and other people's livelihood were collected by questionnaire survey.
III.Interpretation of main statistical indicators
Consumer expenditure:the total expenditure of households to meet the household's daily living needs,including the expenditure on consumer goods and the expenditure on service consumption.According to different purposes,consumer expenditure can be divided into eight categories:food,alcohol and tobacco,clothing,housing,daily necessities and services,transportation and communications,education,culture and entertainment,health care,other articles and services.
Food,tobacco and wine:refers to a variety of food and tobacco,alcohol expenditure.
Clothing:expenses related to the clothing of the residents,including clothing,clothing materials,footwear,other clothing and accessories,clothing related processing services.
Residence:refers to expenses related to housing,including rent,water,electricity,fuel,property management,etc.
Household goods and Services:refers to all kinds of household and personal products and family services.Includes furniture and upholstery,household appliances,household textiles,household groceries,personal effects and household services.
Transportation and Communications:refers to expenses for transportation and communication tools and related services,maintenance and vehicle insurance.
Education,Culture,and Recreation:expenditure on education and cultural recreation.
Health care:the total cost of medicines,supplies,and services for medical and health care.Including medical devices and medicines,as well as medical services.
Other supplies and services:other supplies and services that cannot be directly classified into the above categories of expenditure.
