I. Construction of the real estate market  

January-August, the city's new commercial housing area of 12.008 million square meters, a decline of 3.7. Of these, the newly started residential area was 6.577 million square meters, an increase of 18.3 square meters; the office building was 1.247 million square meters, down 50.5 square meters; and the commercial business building was 674000 square meters, down 37 square meters.  

The completed area of commercial housing in the city was 4.878 million square meters, down 18. 7% from the same period last year. Of these, the completed floor space for residential buildings was 2.216 million square meters, down 14 cents; for office buildings, 756000 square meters, down 45.8 square meters; and for commercial business buildings, 656000 square meters, an increase of 15.1 square meters.  

II. Sales of the real estate market  

January-August, the city's commercial housing sales area of 3.542 million square meters, a decrease of 32.810. Of these, the residential sales area was 2.663 million square meters, down 22.7b; the office building was 305000 square meters, down 62.3 square meters; and the commercial business room was 234000 square meters, down 59.5 percent.  

Third, the project capital of the real estate development enterprise is in place  

January-August, the city's real estate development projects in place for 318.61 billion yuan, a year-on-year decline of 22. 7%. Among them, the domestic loan was 101.7 billion yuan, down 7.8 yuan; the self-financing was 84.98 billion yuan, down 8.1 yuan; and the deposit and advance payment was 99.49 billion yuan, down 31.771 yuan.
