Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,Chinese enterprises have grasped the opening opportunities and quickened the pace of"going out".After the"Belt and Road"construction initiative was put forward,the vitality of enterprise development continued to increase,and many positive developments were made in foreign cooperation.The results of the 2018"Belt and Road"follow-up survey showed that in the past five years,The participation of Beijing enterprises in the construction of"Belt and Road"has achieved the expected results,the key projects have been progressing well,the amount of overseas contracts and other major indicators have steadily increased,and the radiation surface of the cooperation areas along the"Belt and Road"line has continued to expand.The project is more diversified.  

First,the achievement of the project is expected,and the key projects are in good condition.  

The survey showed that 92.8 percent of the 14 companies surveyed said that the"Belt and Road"initiative had achieved the expected results in the past five years.Among them,35.7%of the enterprises think that the effect is"very significant and beyond expectations",indicating that with the steady progress of"Belt and Road"construction,the results obtained are gradually recognized by the enterprises.From the concrete effect achieved by the construction of"Belt and Road",71.4%of the enterprises think that"promoting strategic docking and close policy communication"has the most outstanding effect;the second is"deepening project cooperation and promoting facility connectivity",with a specific proportion of 35.7;in addition,"to expand industrial investment and achieve trade Over the past five years,some key projects along"Belt and Road"have been advancing well,and have become a model and a benchmark for subsequent transnational business cooperation.For example,the business and logistics park project of the Belarus Sino-Bai Industrial Park,contracted by Beijing General Group Co.,Ltd.,is located in the China-Belarus Industrial Park,which has the highest level of foreign cooperation and the largest area in China.It was completed and put into use on December 30,2017.To become one of the model projects of Sino-Belarus cooperation.Astana Light Rail Project,jointly undertaken by Beijing State Capital Corporation,Urban Construction Group and Rail Construction Company,is the first urban light rail line in Kazakhstan.The road,all designed and built according to Chinese standards,will become the most technically representative urban transportation project in Kazakhstan and even in Central Asia.  

Second,the main indicators of steady growth,enterprise expectations are more optimistic  

With the steady progress of key projects along the route of"Belt and Road",the pace of foreign cooperation between enterprises in Beijing has been gradually quickened,and the amount of overseas contracts signed and the operating income have both increased rapidly.In 2017,customs data showed that Beijing has achieved imports and exports of US$125.55 billion in countries along the route of"Belt and Road",an increase of 28.6 percent over the same period last year,which is 14.0 percentage points above the citywide level,accounting for 38.8 percent of the total import and export trade of the city,an increase of 4.2 percent over the same period last year.The number of newly signed projects in the countries along Belt and Road was 598,an increase of 27.7 percent over the same period last year.The contract value of new projects was$8.86 billion,up 41.7 percent from the same period last year.Operating income in countries along the route was$4.74 billion,up 21.5from the same period last year.The Chinese government is also actively improving relevant policies to optimize the business environment and reduce business costs.According to the survey,the state issued preferential tax policies for"going out"enterprises at the end of 2017<Circular of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the improvement of the tax Credit Policy for Enterprises'income from abroad"(Fiscal and tax[2017]84)The tax cut for enterprises is about 30 million yuan.78.6%of enterprises surveyed Industry said that the economic benefits of business exchanges(business cooperation)with the countries along Belt and Road basically reached or exceeded expectations.Judging from the future expectations of enterprises,71.4 percent of enterprises think that the future business cooperation with"Belt and Road"countries is very optimistic or more optimistic,more full of confidence.  

III.Continued expansion of the geographical radiation surface and greater diversification of projects  

In 2017,the average number of enterprises interviewed by the 14 companies was 11.7 to"all along the way",0.8 countries in 2016,and 4.8 more countries than in 2015.In the survey,the most extensive cooperative country has been established in 34 countries along Malaysia,Belarus,Vietnam,Pakistan,India and so on.Business partnerships continue to expand in five countries on the basis of 2016.Among the enterprises surveyed,investment cooperation takes the form of trade in goods(57.1%),infrastructure investment(42.9%)and resource development(14.3%).In the survey,a pharmaceutical company said that it has been committed to the export and overseas sales of Chinese pharmaceutical products in recent years,and has now obtained hundreds of APIs,chemicals and biologics.The overseas registration certificate of products has successful experience in overseas industrial investment.Another enterprise engaged in intelligent terminal sales also said that in the future,it will seize the opportunity that the countries along the belt and road are still in the transition stage from functional machine to intelligent machine,from 2G to 3G to 4G network.The penetration of the local market.
