Beijing real estate market operation in the first half year

I. construction of the real estate market  

In the first half of this year, the new commercial housing area was 9 million 93 thousand square meters, down 8.8% from the same period last year. Among them, the newly opened residential area was 5.116 million square meters, an increase of 16.3%; the office building was 881,000 square meters, a decrease of 56.3%; the commercial commercial housing was 415,000 square meters, a decrease of 42.7%.  

The completion area of commercial housing in the city was 3 million 353 thousand square meters, down 31.2% compared with the same period last year. Among them, residential completed area was 173,000 square meters, down 17.6%; office buildings were 348,000 square meters, down 68.4%; commercial commercial commercial housing was 412,000 square meters, up 1.8%.  

Two, the real estate market sales situation  

In the first half of this year, the area of commercial housing sales in the city was 2 million 299 thousand square meters, down 46.2% from the same period last year. Among them, residential sales area of 1614,000 square meters, down 41.1%; office buildings of 225,000 square meters, down 65.1%; commercial commercial housing of 157,000 square meters, down 71.1%.  

Three, the real estate development enterprise project funds in place.  

In the first half of this year, the real estate development enterprises in the city reached 234 billion 690 million yuan, down 26.7% from the same period last year. Among them, domestic loans were 81.79 billion yuan, down 10.2%; self-financing was 53.96 billion yuan, down 9.9%; deposits and receipts were 71.15 billion yuan, down 38.4%.
