According to the development pattern of "one core, one principal, one pair, two axes, one spot, one district" in the "Beijing Urban Master Plan (2016-2035)", the latest monitoring data for the first half of the year show that the regional economic operation is generally stable and the development of high quality is gradually emerging. The development of different regional differentiation continues to advance.  

Preliminary accounting, the first half of 2018, the city achieved regional GDP of 1.40512 trillion yuan, calculated at comparable prices, year-on-year growth of 6.8 percent.  

From the point of view of the growth rate, the GDP of the "first" multi-point "and" one main "regions increased by 7.9 percent and 7.1 percent respectively, higher than the whole city's level of 1.1, 0.6, and 0.3 percentage points, respectively; and the" one district "region increased by 5.9 percent from the same period last year, 0.9 percentage points below the level of the whole city.  

The GDP of the "one main" area accounts for 71.7% of the total economic output of the whole city, and the GDP of the "one nuclear" region accounts for 23.2% of the total economic output of the whole city. The gross domestic product of the three regions accounted for 18.33.7% and 2.4% of the total economic output of the whole city, respectively.  

I: the level of scientific and technological innovation continues to improve, the output efficiency and efficiency are further improved  

The level of scientific and technological innovation continues to improve. New science and technology enterprises accounted for more than half of the proportion. In the first half of this year, the new science and technology enterprises in the central urban area accounted for 55.7 percent of the new science and technology enterprises in the city, and 43.1 percent of the new enterprises in the central urban areas. Zhongguancun Park accounted for a high proportion of technical income, rapid growth. In the first half of the year, enterprises above the scale of Zhongguancun Park in the central urban area realized 362.21 billion yuan in technical income, accounting for 90.1% of the total technical income of enterprises above the scale of Zhongguancun demonstration area, an increase of 38.4% over the same period last year, which was 1.4 percentage points higher than the average level of the demonstration area.  

Zhongguancun Park enterprise output efficiency, benefit further improved. In the first half of the year, the income per employee of the Zhongguancuyuan enterprise in the central urban area increased by 93000 yuan over the same period of last year, and the realized profit increased by 4000 yuan over the same period last year, and the number of patent applications for invention for every 10,000 scientific and technological activists was 302. The number of patents granted for every 10,000 scientific and technological activists was 150, 16 more than the same period last year.  

First: investment in infrastructure has increased rapidly and industrial structure has been further optimized  

Investment in infrastructure has increased rapidly. In the first half of the year, investment in infrastructure in Tongzhou District increased by 15.6on a year earlier, mainly driven by the rapid growth of investment in road traffic and water services. Among them, the investment in road traffic increased 58.2 percent from the same period last year, and the investment in water services increased 36.7 percent from the same period last year.  

The industrial structure was further optimized. In the first half of the year, the value added of the financial and technological sectors in the high-end service industry in Tongzhou District was 3.61 billion yuan, accounting for 21.8percent of the added value of the tertiary industry in the whole region, an increase of 0.7 percentage points over the same period last year, and the structure of the service industry continued to upgrade. At the same time, incremental adjustment has also achieved positive results. In the first half of the year, the number of new science and technology enterprises in Tongzhou District increased by 22.2 percent, accounting for 34.7 percent of the total number of new enterprises set up in Tongzhou, 2.4 percentage points higher than the same period last year.  

Multi-point: high technology and modern manufacturing industry development benefit is good, shipping logistics function is continuously enhanced  

High-tech and modern manufacturing industries are well developed. In the first half of this year, the profits of high-tech and modern manufacturing enterprises over the scale of the new urban areas in the plain were 11.32 billion yuan and 35.94 billion yuan respectively, accounting for more than 60% of the corresponding industrial profits in the whole city, being 61.2% and 77.2% respectively. The annual growth rates were 30.5 percent and 21 percent respectively, and the contribution rates to the growth of industrial profits above regional scale reached 38.3 percent and 90.5 percent respectively, up 16.4 percent and 15.5 percent respectively from the same period last year.  

The function of shipping and logistics center is increasing. Shunyi District focuses on the construction of the national economic demonstration zone, vigorously promote the development of shipping and logistics industry. In the first half of the year, Shunyi District achieved an added value of 26.58 billion yuan, accounting for 40.8 percent of the same industry in the city, ranking first in each district. Year-on-year growth of 7.4%, higher than Shunyi District's GDP growth rate of 1.3 percentage points.  

One area: tourism and leisure agriculture growing steadily, facility agriculture developing efficiently and intensively  

Tourism and leisure agriculture has steadily increased. In the first half of the year, tourism and leisure agriculture in ecological conservation areas earned 370 million yuan, an increase of 2.4 percent over the same period last year.  

Facility agriculture high efficiency intensive development. In the first half of this year, the planting area of protected agriculture in ecological conservation area decreased by 7.7%, but the sales income increased by 16.1 yuan per unit planting area, which was 25.8yuan / mu higher than that of the same period last year, and the efficiency of production was further improved.

According to the Beijing Urban Master Plan (2016-2035), "one core" refers to the functional core area of the capital; "one master" means the central urban area; "one pair" means the sub-center of Beijing city; "multi-point" means five new towns located in plain areas; "one area" means ecological conservation area. Because of the construction of the "one pair" Beijing sub-center, the index data of the paper are all the data of Tongzhou district.  

The total regional GDP is not equal to the city as a result of the deduction of the first-class accounting part of the city.
