In January and March, the city's industrial enterprises above the scale of the city realized 487.05 billion yuan of main business income, an increase of 6% over the same period last year, and realized total profits of 35.18 billion yuan, down 2% from the same period last year.  

In terms of economic types, the total profits realized by state-owned enterprises were 12.74 billion yuan, up 23% over the same period last year; the total profits of joint-stock enterprises were 6.62 billion yuan, down 4.7% from the same period last year; and the total profits realized by foreign businessmen and investment enterprises in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan were 15.86 billion yuan, down 14.6% from the same period last year.  

By scale, large and medium-sized enterprises achieved total profits of 30.98 billion yuan, compared with the same period last year, down 4.7.  

By industry, in 39 industry categories, 20 industries profit growth year-on-year. Of these, the total profit realized in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry was 5.64 billion yuan, up 53.4 percent from the same period last year; the total profit realized in the automobile manufacturing industry was 6.96 billion yuan, down 36,000 yuan from the same period last year; the total profit realized in the computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry was 340 million yuan, down 79.1 percent from the same period last year; electricity, Thermal production and supply industry to achieve a total profit of 15 billion yuan, an increase of 14. 5%.  

By the end of March, the accounts receivable of industrial enterprises above the scale had reached 415.19 billion yuan, up 0.1 percent from the same period last year; the capital for finished products was 86.72 billion yuan, up 8.2 percent from the same period last year.

I. scope of statistics  

Before 2010, the industrial enterprises above the scale referred to the corporate industrial enterprises with the annual main business income of 5 million yuan or more, and the corporate industrial enterprises, which were adjusted to 20 million yuan and above the annual main business income, began in 2011.
