Look from the city, the empty plan requirements by 2017, the city's total coal in 2012 than cut 13 million tons, controlled within 10 million tons;Coal for energy consumption dropped to below 10%, increased to more than 90% of the total energy consumption.In 2016, the city's coal consumption of 2016 tons, which accounts for 8.7% of energy, overfulfilled goals ahead of time.  

Look from points area, the empty plan requirements by 2015, urban core coalification is realized, suburb areas coal quantity reduction.District leadership responsibilities and division of labor, the relevant departments to actively cooperation, establish a system parameter, quantitative, refined coal clean energy solutions, all finish the project goals.Data show that the relevant departments, what city project is realized according to the requirement in 2015;The abundant sihai plains in early 2017 has basic coalification is realized.In rural areas, only in November 1, 2016, 663 new village of Beijing, a total of 227000 households use clean energy for heating, coal to electricity 574 village, 198000.In 2017, plans to complete 700 villages of coal to clean energy transformation.

Way of heat pump heating energy consumption before and after the transformation, respectively 3 tons and 2.5 tons of standard coal, energy consumption fell 17.6%, and the regenerative electric heater close to.Ground source and air source heat pump in the outskirts are more widely application, obvious effect of energy conservation, energy consumption fell by 20.1%, for optimal in four ways.Of energy consumption reduction in urban areas is below regenerative electric heaters, at 11.5%.  

Research method of gas heating in homes in the suburbs, the energy consumption before and after modification were 2.9 tons and 2.5 tons of standard coal, energy consumption reduced to 13.5%, saving energy level is higher than the regenerative electric heaters, below the heat pump.  

Overall, the regenerative electric heaters, heat pump heating and gas heating energy saving effect are reached.The regenerative electric heaters and air source heat pump better overall level of energy conservation, natural gas energy consumption decreased slightly lower proportion.  

(3) the energy structure optimization, clean energy accounted for more than 50%  

2016 city residents living consumption of coal, 2.406 million tons, 22.1% lower than in 2013.Consumption power 19.54 billion KWH, up 24.5% than in 2013;Consumption of 1.282 billion cubic meters of natural gas in 1.282 billion, up 7.7%.From the energy structure in 2016, the city residents living consumption in coal accounted for 14.1%, 3.5% lower than in 2013.Clean energy (electricity, gas, heat) combined accounted for 53.0%, 2.3% higher than that of 2013.
