January - February, the city completed the whole social investment in fixed assets of 57.48 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 6.2% over the same. Look from the main areas and regional investment situation:  

1. Industry investment: first industry completed investment of 240 million yuan, double year-on-year growth. Completed investment of 4.88 billion yuan RMB, the second industry fell 7.2% year on year, industrial investment 4.83 billion yuan, down 7.9%, with high-tech manufacturing investment growth 24%. The third industry completed investment of 52.36 billion yuan, an increase of 7.4%.  

2. Private investment, private investment in 22.44 billion yuan, 11.5% higher than a year ago, which accounts for 39% of the whole social investment. Among them, the real estate investment grew by 24.8% year on year, 1.4 fold increase in the accommodation and catering industry, resident service 4 times growth, repair and other services, culture, sports and entertainment industry growth 1.3 times, water conservancy, environment and public infrastructure investment growth 1.8 times.  

3. Real estate development investment: investment real estate development completed 31.38 billion yuan, fell by 1.7% year-on-year. Among them, the residential investment completed 13.8 billion yuan, down 13.3%; Office buildings completed investment of 8.67 billion yuan, increased 1.1 times; Business, non-public occupancy and other completed investment of 8.9 billion yuan, down 25.4%.  

4. The infrastructure investment: the city infrastructure investment completed 9.75 billion yuan, an increase of 10.3%, which accounts for 17% of the city's investment, increased by 0.7% year-on-year. Among them, the transportation completed investment of 6.13 billion yuan, an increase of 32.5%. Water sector 1.83 billion yuan of investment, increase 2.5 times. Greening area 310 million yuan of investment, increase 1.3 times.  

5. Each functional area investment: the capital function core area completed investment of 2.61 billion yuan, down 16.5%; City expanded function district completed investment of 24.87 billion yuan, up by 1.7%; Urban development district completed investment of 24.46 billion yuan, up by 9%; Ecological conservation development area completed investment of 5.54 billion yuan, an increase of 34.8%.
