Points registration type, domestic enterprises R&D expenses within budget of 7.1 billion yuan, up by 1.9%; Hong Kong and taiwan-funded enterprises of 1.73 billion yuan, up by 26.3%; Enterprises with foreign investment of 4.9 billion yuan, an increase of 4.3%.  

Divisions, industrial enterprise R&D expenses within budget of 6.81 billion yuan, down 0.1%. Information transmission, software and information technology services of 4.38 billion yuan, up by 19.2%; Scientific research and technical services of 2.55 billion yuan, down 0.2%.
