1-4 month, the city's new commercial housing construction area of 8.268 million square meters, up 14.9% from a year earlier. 1-4 months, the city commercial housing sales area of 3.876 million square meters, up 30.3% from a year earlier. 1-4 month, the city's affordable housing completed investment of 16.63 billion yuan, an increase of 17.9% over the previous year. Affordable housing construction area of 31.255 million square meters, of which the new construction area of 1.535 million square meters, an increase of 27.8%. Completed housing area of 657000 square meters, down by 69.2%.  

April 1 -, self living in the city commercial housing completed investment of 6.13 billion yuan, down 65.7% year-on-year. Since the housing construction area of 6.066 million square meters, up 29.0% from a year earlier, the new construction area of 243000 square meters, fell 65.2% year on year.

1-4 month, the city's real estate development enterprise project investment is 218.39 billion yuan, up 28.3% from a year earlier.
