1-4 month, the city completed the whole social investment in fixed assets of 177.46 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth of 6.3% over the same. Look from the main areas and regional investment situation:  

1. Industry investment: first industry completed investment of 910 million yuan, fell by 56.4% year-on-year. The second industry completed investment of 14.79 billion yuan, up 31.3% from a year earlier, industrial investment 14.69 billion yuan, increased by 31.4%, with high-tech manufacturing investment growth 67.5%. The third industry completed investment of 161.77 billion yuan, an increase of 5.3%.  

2. Private investment, private investment in 63.21 billion yuan, a fall of 5.1% from a year ago, which accounts for 35.6% of the whole social investment. Divisions, folk investment grew by 1.4% year on year, the real estate industry manufacturing fell by 43.4%, a 34.6% drop in information services, leasing and business services sector fell by 19.8%, a 27.6% drop in wholesale and retail.  

3. Real estate development investment: investment real estate development completed 94.76 billion yuan, fell by 3.1% year-on-year. Among them, the residential investment 41.77 billion yuan, down 7%; Office buildings completed investment of 20.17 billion yuan, up by 15.5%; Business, non-public occupancy and other completed investment of 32.82 billion yuan, down 7.5%.  

4. The infrastructure investment: the city infrastructure investment completed 43.47 billion yuan, an increase of 36.4%, which accounts for 24.5% of the city's investment, increased by 5.4% year-on-year. Among them, the traffic areas completed investment of 17.43 billion yuan, up by 21.7%; Water sector 6.08 billion yuan of investment, increase 2 times; Energy completed 3.54 billion yuan, an increase of 39.8%.  

5. Each functional area investment: the capital function core area completed investment of 10.48 billion yuan, up by 2.6%; City expanded function district completed investment of 67.85 billion yuan, up by 7.6%; Urban development district completed investment of 73.45 billion yuan, up by 2.5%; Ecological conservation development area completed investment of 25.68 billion yuan, an increase of 16.4%.
