On March 31, the 2025 Beijing Global Service Partners Policy Promotion Event was held in Beijing, during which a plaque-awarding ceremony was held for a total of 12 multinational companies recognized as the second batch of the "Global Service Partners of Beijing". The Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau also hosted a promotional session themed "Invest Beijing".

The event saw over 180 attendees including the representatives from foreign-funded enterprises of pharmaceuticals, technology, finance, automobiles, commercial services, and other sectors, as well as other distinguished guests in various fields. During the event, the second batch of the "Global Service Partners of Beijing" were recognized. The selected enterprises are from various fields such as technology services, financial services, and commercial services. Representatives from the 12 companies, including Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd., HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited, Sony (China) Limited, MSD R&D (China) Co., Ltd., and Beijing Starbucks Coffee Company Limited, received the plaques of acknowledgement on stage.

It is reported that Beijing officially launched the "Global Service Partners Program" in March 2024. Up to now, a total of 25 foreign-funded enterprises have been recognized in two batches.
