Introduction: The 2025 National Cultural Industry Innovation Pilot Zone Investment Conference, themed "Cultural Chaoyang, Creative Future", established an all-around, efficient platform for investment cooperation and exchange, attracting over 150 delegates from cultural enterprises and investment institutions to show up. Government leaders, including Zhao Jianjun, Level II Bureau Rank Official of the Industrial Development Department at the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Yang Beibei, Director of Beijing Investment Promotion Bureau, Zhang Hongyi, Level II Bureau Rank Official of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Lu Hui, Level II Bureau Rank Official of Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau, Wu Xijun, Director of the Division for the Development of Cultural Industry at the Publicity Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Standing Committee Member, Feng Zhiming, Director-General of the Publicity Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, and Yin Yuan, Deputy District Mayor of Chaoyang District People's Government attended the event. At the event, the agreements for three key projects, namely, Chaoyang District Online Game Incubation Base, the Three-Body: Four-Dimensional Space Sci-fi Experience Center, and the AIGC Micro Drama Co-creation Program, were signed, and key "Premium Cultural Projects" of Chaoyang District for the year 2024, with 15 masterpieces in eight categories including films, TV dramas, online audiovisual works, stage plays, and art exhibitions, were released. The conference also held the plaque awarding ceremony for the 2024 municipal-level cultural industry parks. Through the in-depth implementation of park quality improvement programs, 36 cultural industry parks in Chaoyang District received municipal-level accreditation, taking up one third of the shortlisted parks in Beijing and making Chaoyang District No. 1 in the municipality.
