(2) Plenary Conference

Theme: Practicing the Big Food Concept to Build a Resilient Food Supply System

(3) Thematic Forum

Seven thematic forums will be held concurrently with the conference, including the World Agricultural University Presidents' Forum, the World Agrifood Scientist Forum, the Agrifood Industry Innovation and Investment Forum, the Agrifood Business Forum, International Exchange and Cooperation Sessions , the World Youth Forum, and the Global Women in Agriculture & Innovation Summit.

Outside the duration of the conference, multiple parallel sessions will be organized on a regular basis throughout the year to discuss such topics as international cooperation in agricultural technology, trade of agricultural products, agricultural investment, agricultural policies, and sustainable development, as well as future food, AI-empowered agriculture, intelligent breeding, and green agriculture.

(5) World Agrifood Tech Expo 

Time: October 12-15, 2025 

Location: Pinggu Jinhai Lake International Convention & Exhibition Center, Beijing

Content: The expo will set up national pavilions, the international pavilion, pavilions for well-known enterprises globally, pavilions for scientific research institutes and universities, the special exhibition for the 120th anniversary of China Agricultural University (tentative), and the Gaodashang Pinggu pavilion, and display frontier scientific research achievements, key projects, cutting-edge technologies, and innovative products with an impact on global agricultural development. Multiple special events will also be hosted concurrently, including special events for countries, provinces, and municipalities, agricultural high-tech zones, enterprises, and more.
